To register a player account on ki88, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify ki88's support team immediately if any detail changes.

Each individual may hold only one ki88 account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or through the use of different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Ki88 actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts upon detection, forfeiting any remaining balances in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

By registering an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are accessing ki88 for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a third party or in a professional gambling capacity.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing ki88 from, a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• All funds deposited into your ki88 account originate from legitimate personal sources and are free from any connection to money laundering or criminal activity.
• You have not previously been excluded from ki88 or any affiliated platform, and you are not subject to a self-exclusion order from any gambling operator or regulatory body.
• The personal information you have provided during registration is accurate, truthful, and belongs to you alone.

Ki88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not guarantee continued access to the platform, which may be suspended or terminated at any time in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your ki88 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile financial service withdrawals and ৳2,000 for bank transfers. KYC Verification: Ki88 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a request will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the player's BDT wallet.

Transaction Limits: Ki88 may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits to individual player accounts based on verification status, account history, and responsible gaming considerations. Players may also set their own deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Self-imposed limits may be reduced immediately but increases to self-imposed limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

Currency and Fees: All balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in BDT. Ki88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ki88 accepts no responsibility. There are no hidden currency conversion fees — what you deposit in BDT is credited to your wallet in BDT at face value.

Failed Transactions: In the event that a deposit transaction fails after funds have left your mobile banking account or bank account but before they are credited to your ki88 wallet, contact ki88 support immediately with your transaction reference number. Ki88 will investigate and, where the funds are confirmed as received, credit your wallet within two business days. Ki88 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Ki88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotions that have already been claimed and are in progress will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of claiming, except where fraud or breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the ki88 platform:

• Bonuses are available to one player per household, per device, and per IP address. Where multiple accounts are detected sharing the same bonus, ki88 reserves the right to cancel all associated bonuses and close the duplicate accounts.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside the stated wagering structure, or assigned to any third party.
• Ki88 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to the fulfilment of a bonus wagering requirement. Typically, slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements while live casino tables, sports bets, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in each promotion's terms.

General Betting Rules: All bets placed on ki88 are final once confirmed. Ki88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the limited circumstances described below. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types are correct before confirming any wager.

Sports Betting: Ki88 offers live and pre-match betting markets on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ODI, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, hockey, tennis, and selected international events. • Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee profit through exploitation of ki88's bonus offers or odds structures.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback dispute from the player's payment provider.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. Ki88 will notify the registered email address 30 days before applying the dormant account policy. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 deducted from the remaining BDT wallet balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.

Balance Upon Ki88-Initiated Closure: Where ki88 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where closure is initiated for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (such as regulatory requirements), the remaining Real Money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

Platform Availability: Ki88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or events outside ki88's reasonable control. Ki88 will use reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible but accepts no liability for losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime or interruption.

Financial Losses from Gambling: By using ki88, you acknowledge that gambling involves the risk of financial loss and that ki88 provides a platform for entertainment, not a guaranteed source of income. Ki88 accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform, provided that those losses result from fair game outcomes and properly settled bets in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout or an incorrectly settled bet, ki88 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust affected account balances accordingly. Ki88 will not honour payouts that resulted from a technical malfunction, software error, or human error that resulted in odds, payouts, or game outcomes that were materially incorrect.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits ki88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Governing Law and Disputes: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law. Ki88 will respond to formal complaints within five business days of receipt.

Amendments: Ki88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of ki88 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.
